PHASE 1
EARLY YEARS
Our Early Years section was built on a green field site in Kanokodai in a delightful lightly residential area with open countryside, nature and abundant clean fresh air on our doorstep.
PHASE 2
SECONDARY SCHOOL
The Middle and Secondary School was completed in September 2020.
It features four classrooms and a science lab, an art room, a kitchen, and facilities for students with physical disabilities.
The school boasts high ceilings with wooden beams and incorporates natural building techniques, such as straw bale walls, clay interior walls, and natural paints in the art room. Every room benefits from excellent airflow and an abundance of natural light.
PHASE 2
GYMNASIUM
The gym provides students with the opportunity to explore many sports in a safe, well-ventilated environment.
We offer basketball, volleyball, and badminton in the gym.
Students also use this space on rainy days, providing them with a large open area to enjoy.
SECURITY
The safety of our children is a priority. An intercom system allows controlled access to the site and an additional check allows entry to the campus, which is surrounded by a fence and CCTV cameras with facial recognition for security purposes. We have All visitors sign in and wear a visitors badge while on the premises. 24/7 security is provided by Secom.
SAFETY
Ascot International School Japan is built on a very secure foundation, a site used as an earthquake evacuation centre in the past. Its elevation and open aspect ensures it is a safe location in relation to the range of seismic and weather events which can affect Japan from time to time.
ASCOT FOOTBALL ACADEMY KOBE
On site we also have a professional–standard, full-sized soccer pitch for sports and other outdoor activities.
