Empowering students to contribute to a
sustainable and equitable future
through education, innovation, and community action
At Ascot, we focus on achieving food self-sufficiency through gardening. We have recycled over 8 tons of coffee grounds and more than 3 tons of discarded fruit and vegetables, promoting responsible consumption and production to help alleviate global hunger.
We have also planted over 150 trees on our campus to create a food forest and are developing methods to collect and purify rainwater for drinking. Through these initiatives, we aim to support the local community and help meet food demands in Japan.
In all our SDGs projects, we strike to keep the environment clean, support the community, and promote education, with the goal of empowering students and staff to contribute to a better world.
